Your gift card allows for partial payment, which means you have the ability to spend every penny on your card. If your purchase happens to cost more than the balance on your card- don't worry, most places will allow you to simply pay the difference with cash or a credit card. Let the cashier know how much you will pay with each type of payment when you make your purchase.
Why should I know the value on my card before shopping?
It is important to know your card balance before you shop, since most merchants cannot determine the balance on your card. If you try to purchase an item of greater value than your card balance, your card will be declined. But don't worry, most places will allow you to simply pay the difference with cash or a credit card. Let the cashier know how much you will pay with each type of payment when you make your purchase.
How do I find out the value on my card?

Does my card ever expire or lose its value?
The funds on your card will never expire. The physical card itself has an expiration date shown on the front of your card. If your card expires before you use your funds, you can simply request a free replacement card loaded with your remaining balance by calling 1-877-770-6416.
Can I use my card at an ATM?
No. Your personal information is not associated with this gift card therefore it cannot be used at ATMs.
Can I get cash back of the point of sale?
No, you may not use your card to get cash back at the point of sale.
Can I reload my gift card?
No. Your Do It Yourself Home Improvement Gift Card is not reloadable.
What billing address should I use for online and mobile transactions?
Use your mailing address to ensure that the retailer can easily contact you if a problem arises. Remember, your personal information is not associated with this gift card.
How are merchandise returns processed?
If you are entitled to a refund for goods or services you purchased with your card, the retailer will typically issue a credit to the balance on your card in place of cash. The credit will most likely be reflected on your card within 30 days.
Please note that any credits greater than the face value of your card may be declined or take up to 30 days to process.
Can funds from one Do It Yourself Home Improvement Gift Card be transferred to another card?
No, your balance from one Do It Yourself Home Improvement Gift Card may not be shared or transferred to another card.
If I lose my card or my card gets stolen how do I get a refund or a replacement card?
If you believe that your card has been lost or stolen you need to notify us immediately by calling 1-877-770-6416. You will be asked for your card number and other identifying information. Please note that we cannot provide a replacement card unless you provide your card number and all other requested identifying information. If our records show a balance remaining on your card, we will cancel your card and, upon request, issue a replacement card to you in an amount equal to the remaining balance.
Do I need a PIN for my card?
Using your Do It Yourself Home Improvement Gift Card does not require a PIN. However, for your convience, you may add a PIN to your card. Simply select a 4-digit PIN of your choice during your first debit or PIN transaction. The PIN that you enter at the register at that time will be your PIN for all future PIN transactions.
What do I do if I forget my PIN?
Don't worry; your Card can always be used for credit transactions without a PIN. But, if you would like to clear your PIN, you may do so by calling the customer service number on the back of your Card or by logging into this website with your Card number and choosing "Manage PIN". Once you have cleared your PIN, you will need to select a new 4-digit PIN of your choice during the next use of your card for a PIN transaction.
How do I dispute a transaction?
According to the terms and conditions for your Do It Yourself Home Improvement Gift Card, any disputes regarding purchases, must be settled with the retailer where your purchase was made.
